Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the digital and customized nature of our invitations, refunds are only available if the design process hasn’t started or if there is a technical failure that prevents the delivery of the service.
2. Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. Once the first design draft has been delivered, the service is considered partially rendered and may only be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Completed designs that have been approved by the client and made live are not eligible for refunds. Third-party costs (if any) are also non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email info@wedinvite.in with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
