2. Description of Service
WedInvite provides digital wedding invitation services, including design, RSVP management, and hosting. The specific features depend on the plan selected.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments are made as a one-time fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
4. Hosting Period & Website Availability
The digital wedding invitation website and its hosting services are guaranteed to be active and available for exactly 3 months following the event date specified in your order. We do not guarantee hosting availability, server resources, or user data preservation beyond this 3-month post-event period, and we reserve the right to archive or permanently delete the website and its data thereafter.
5. User Conduct
Users are responsible for the content they provide. We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The design templates and software are the property of WedInvite. Users are granted a limited license to use the service for their personal wedding event.
7. Limitation of Liability
WedInvite is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
